Two conditions must be met for the appearance of warts: a person has a papillomavirus infection in the blood (so-called HPV - human papillomavirus) and his immunity is extremely weakened.
There are many reasons why the body's immunity decreases, just like viral infections can happen in different ways, but the result is the same - the appearance of warts, which you have to fight.Folk remedies are sometimes used.
Traditional medicine has a long history, but often loses out to modern methods in speed and effectiveness.
The effectiveness of traditional medicine
Long before official medicine considered warts on the skin a medical problem, our ancestors were treating warts with folk remedies, and even before the terms cryodestruction and laser irradiation were coined.People used various lotions, infusions, baths and compresses to treat warts, and these recipes are still used in the modern world.
Is this treatment effective?
This is not always the case, and there are several explanations for this:
- Everyone's body is different: the extent of the virus and its type (strain) may differ, so one person may not be suitable for the same wart treatment that helps another;
- Modern humans may develop allergic reactions to any of the traditional pharmaceutical ingredients added to anti-papilloma medications, which may worsen growth problems;
- There is no point in using traditional methods to remove advanced formations of cells that have begun to degenerate into malignant cells, since this will not prevent the pathological process of the development of skin cancer - melanoma.
This is important!Everyone has a choice whether to trust alternative medicine.However, it is better to consult a specialist about this, who will advise you on the right decision and warn against actions that have serious consequences for your health.
Folk remedies for warts
Answering the question about how to treat warts, it should be said that there are several most common folk remedies.
Celandine

- Take freshly squeezed juice (to extract it, you must cut the thickest part of the plant stem) and lubricate the wart with its protruding contents.
- Repeat this process up to 4 times daily for 3 weeks.
- After the treatment process, the formation should turn black and fall off.
acetic acid
Acetic acid should be used with extreme caution as a wart removal method; it can cause skin burns if safety rules are violated.
- To prevent acid from damaging healthy skin, seal the area around the mole with adhesive tape before applying it.
- Put flour on the tip of a knife and mix it with 2-3 drops of acetic acid to get a dough-like composition, apply it to the wart and cover it with a sterile bandage.
- Fresh mixture should be applied to the formation every day, after a few days it will begin to die and dry.

- Apply the mixture to the wart, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.After expiration, lubricate the treated area with baby cream.
- If done every other day, even large formations will dry up and disappear within a month.Alternatively, you can use pure freshly squeezed garlic juice.

This vegetable has similar properties to garlic.
- Peel and chop the onion, then pour the apple cider vinegar into a glass container.When the onions have been left for 3 hours, they need to be mashed thoroughly.
- Strain the mixture, apply to the wart and cover tightly with a layer of gauze.Leave the compress on for 2 hours, then rinse the skin with water, dry it and lubricate it with vegetable oil.
- If you perform this procedure every day for two months, the formation will disappear without a trace.

- After half an hour, remove the bandage, rinse and lubricate the skin with baby cream.
- After 1-2 weeks of use, bathe with warm water and the wart will eventually evaporate, then remove with a pumice stone.

- Dilute tea tree oil with a small amount of water or olive oil, or preferably with the contents of a vitamin E capsule.Apply the composition to the wart and let dry.
- This product should be used several times a day for several weeks.
- For faster results, you can use the oil undiluted, but only with a cotton swab and only directly on the wart.You can also take a bath with warm water and a few drops of pure tea tree oil, 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time.
In foreign countries, tea tree oil has been successfully used in dermatology.
mugwort tincture

- Let the product brew in a cool place for 3 days and then filter thoroughly.
- You need to take the tincture for 2 weeks, taking 5-6 drops at least 4-5 times a day.
duckweed compression
This swamp plant heals minor wounds, has local anti-inflammatory effects and inhibits the growth of wart cells.
Everything you need for the treatment: take duckweed, knead it and apply it to the formation.Repeat several times a day for 2-3 weeks.
fig juice

Effectively restores normal skin pigmentation and removes warts.To do this, you should mash the unripe fruits and apply them as a dressing on the growth.You must repeat this process whenever the papilloma needs to be removed.
For compression, you need to choose green rather than ripe figs.
longevity flower
If you grind a leaf of this plant, turn it into a paste and apply it to the wart, covering it with a plastic film, after 6 hours the resulting skin will soften.
After several treatments, it can be removed with a pumice stone.
Folk remedies for treating warts, regardless of their effectiveness, should be used wisely and with caution.
There are contraindications to their use:
- Not recommended for use in the presence of allergic reactions;
- Warts on the face and mucous membranes should not be removed as this can lead to scarring;
- Under no circumstances should conventional medicine be used to remove warts unless one is completely convinced of their benign nature.
Notice!It is worth remembering that these treatments only eliminate the external symptoms of HPV - papillomas, the virus itself remains in the blood, so the fight against the disease does not permanently eliminate the virus.
